Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl or bulk-download content beyond normal browsing; (b) reproduce or redistribute content without permission; (c) attempt to disrupt the Site (DDoS, exploits, malware); (d) impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation; (e) post unlawful, defamatory, hateful or infringing content in comments; (f) use the Site for market manipulation or to spread false information.
User content
Comments and reader submissions remain yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, moderate and (where needed) remove them. We may edit or remove content that breaches these terms.
Intellectual property
All editorial content, design and branding are owned by TheCryptoNist or its licensors. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution. Commercial reproduction requires written permission.
Membership and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled per our refund policy; chargebacks may result in account suspension. Pay-per-article purchases are final once the article body is delivered.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information. Crypto markets are volatile; prices can change in seconds.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheCryptoNist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TheCryptoNist is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "updated" date reflects the latest revision.
